At Luckyscent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returning unopened and unused fragrance products. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or individual sample vials.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, factory-sealed cellophane packaging and has not been sprayed or used.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior and ship it using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
