Doux Ennui

Doux Ennui tells the story of Marie Antoinette through the simplest,yet most indulgent, of treats: salted butter and jam. This combination, spread on fresh brioche, is a contrast to the excesses of the French court; as a fragrance, it is as intoxicating as its inspiration.

Apricot marmalade and ylang ylang blend into a peachy heart, smoothed over with a salted butter accord. Osmanthus, vanilla, and benzoin give the fragrance an addictive, rich drydown.
